Vendor Showcase

Thank you for your interest in the CWK Vendor Showcase Partnership.

One of the unique aspects of CWK is our background in online pre-loved clothing consignment and retail. This experience has enabled us to develop an effective system for showcasing and selling products both in-store and online.

CWK has been operating since 2015 and has worked with hundreds of pre-loved clothing consignors through six pickup locations throughout Oxford, Middlesex, and Perth Counties. Our clothing inventory is available online at cwkconsignment.ca.

Our brick-and-mortar CWK Vendor Showcase launched in early 2026. We currently feature more than 70 local vendors and continue to grow.

By partnering with CWK, you gain access to an established business, an existing customer base, and a proven system for showcasing and selling your products.

Five Avenues of Sales and Exposure

Our Vendor Showcase Program provides your business with five avenues to reach customers:

1. In-Store Sales

Your products will be displayed in our physical Vendor Showcase at 90 Samnah Crescent, Ingersoll. The building is home to six businesses, creating additional customer traffic and exposure.

2. CWK Website

Your products will be listed online at cwkconsignment.ca, providing customers with a convenient way to shop and access our six pickup locations. Our established website also features our full pre-loved clothing inventory.

3. Facebook Group

Our CWK Consignment and Vendor Showcase Facebook group has more than 3,500 members, providing an established community of potential customers. Products may be promoted through previews when items are brought in, restocked, and throughout the day.

We encourage vendors to share the group when dropping off items and to like and share posts whenever possible. These actions help strengthen our small-business network and increase exposure for participating vendors.

4. Facebook Business Page

Your products may also be promoted through the CWK Consignment Facebook business page.

5. Instagram

Your products will receive additional exposure through the CWK Instagram account.

6. Vendor Messenger Group

Vendors have access to a Messenger group that supports communication, networking, and connections among participating small businesses.

These opportunities provide multiple ways to reach customers while CWK manages the retail process, online listings, promotions, and sales.

Before we get started, please provide links to any of your social media pages so we can review your products and gain a better understanding of your business.

How the CWK Vendor Showcase Partnership Works

When you are ready to participate, please drop off your items along with a completed inventory sheet and price list. All items must be individually priced and tagged with your company information.

If you have product photos suitable for online sales, please include them. If not, CWK will photograph the items and list them on the CWK website, in addition to displaying them in-store.

Your items will be promoted through the sales and exposure channels outlined above.

Vendor Space Fee

Beginning October 2026, the vendor space fee will be $39.99 per month.

The fee is due when your items are brought into the store and may be paid by e-transfer or debit. The full 90-day term must be paid in advance when you join the Vendor Showcase Partnership.

When your items sell, you will receive 75% of the sale price. Payments will be issued by e-transfer no later than the 15th of the following month.

If your business is HST-registered, HST will be added to your payout where applicable. If your business is not HST-registered, payment will be processed accordingly.

Requirements

• Items must come from a smoke-free home or business environment, both inside and outside the premises. No exceptions.

• All items must be clean and in sellable condition.

• Vendors are responsible for restocking items as they sell, preferably once per month, to keep displays fresh and appealing.

• All items must be tagged with the company name and price.

Items must remain in the CWK Vendor Showcase Partnership for a minimum of 90 days. At the end of the term, items may either be returned to you or remain in the store for an additional 90-day period by mutual agreement.
