Our clothing consignment process is simple and convenient. Drop off your clothing, and we’ll handle the pricing, listing, and selling.
HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1 — SCHEDULE YOUR DROP-OFF
Drop-offs are not always open. Please contact us before bringing your clothing to schedule a drop-off and confirm that we’re currently accepting consignment. We’ll also let you know which sizes and seasonal items we’re currently looking for.
Spring & Summer items will be accepted come March of 2027.
STEP 2 — PREPARE YOUR CLOTHING
Clothing must be freshly laundered, clean, sellable, from a smoke-free home, and neatly sorted by size. Label each bag with your name and the size of the items inside.
STEP 3 — WE DO THE WORK
After your items are dropped off, we’ll handle the pricing, listing, and selling.
STEP 4 — EARN CWK STORE CREDIT
Once your items have sold and been picked up by the customer, you’ll receive 40% of the sale value in CWK store credit.

OUR PRICING APPROACH
We price items to help them sell efficiently. Before consigning, we recommend browsing our current inventory and albums to become familiar with our pricing and ensure you’re comfortable with our approach.
WHAT WE DO ACCEPT
• Freshly laundered clothing. We stock from preemie to ladies & men's plus.
• Items from a smoke-free home. Inside & out, no exceptions.
• Clean, good-quality, sellable clothing.
• Clothing neatly folded and sorted by size.
WHAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT AT THIS MOMENT - May be updated.
• Toys/Stuffies & Books - unless pre-approved or new.
• Shoes/Boots, unless pre-approved or new.
• Breast pumps/bottles/feeding items unless pre-approved or new.
• Large infant/toddler items such as swings, chairs, cribs etc.
• Furniture & Housewares.
DROP-OFF REQUIREMENTS
• Pre-Arranging a time.
• Neatly fold and pack clothing in bags or boxes. Reusable grocery bags are perfect! Totes are not accepted unless you do not need them returned.
• Clothing MUST be sorted separately and labelled by size.
• Label each bag with your name and the size of the items inside.
• Stained, damaged, or outdated items will be returned or donated at your request at a cost to you. If you would not sell if yourself, please do not send it.
• Returns must be picked up within 7days of being contacted.
PLEASE REMEMBER DO NOT DROP OFF WITHOUT SCHEDULING FIRST.
Drop-off availability changes based on our current inventory needs, so please message us before bringing your items.
